How to get in
Your first sign-in to Cloudventory, step by step. It takes about five minutes, and you only do the set-up once.
-
Wait for your invitation email
Your Cloudventory administrator adds your email address, and Microsoft then emails you an invitation. If you can't see it in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
Nothing after a day? Contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.
-
Accept the invitation
Open the email and click the link to accept the invitation. Sign in with the same email address the invitation was sent to, and follow the prompts. If Microsoft asks you to review or accept permissions, choose Accept.
-
Come back to this site and choose your ministry
Go to the Cloudventory home page (bookmark it!) and click your ministry's logo: Ministry of Customs or Ministry of Revenue. You can only enter the ministry you were invited to.
-
Sign in
Type the email address you were invited with, then follow the prompts to sign in.
-
Set up your second sign-in step (first time only)
To keep everyone's data safe, Cloudventory asks for a second check every time you sign in. The first time, you will be asked to set it up:
1. Install the free Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone (App Store or Google Play).
2. On your computer, click Next until a square QR code appears.
3. In the app, tap +, choose Work or school account, and scan the QR code.
4. Type the 6-digit code the app shows into the sign-in page. From then on, signing in means entering your email and the 6-digit code from the app. Keep your phone handy. If the screen offers different options, follow what it shows and choose the Authenticator app where you can.
-
You're in
Your ministry's home page opens with four buttons: Data Entry, Data Review, Image Viewer and Data Export. Click Help at the top right for a short guide to each one. And please export your data after every session.
